Brookside Motor Inn at 7 Springfield Road, Upper Jay, New York.

Great room with full bed and kitchen at a reasonable price. It is a little ways away from the main areas but the price is right for the location. Was clean and warm (stayed during below zero temps). I had an upstairs room on the end and if I had neighbors, I didn't hear them at all. My complaint is that the bed is right next to the front window and the curtains are super thin. Every time a car drove by at night the whole room lit up and it was super bright in the morning. Better curtains would be helpful
